There are six lodges in Section E8, that span across the great state of North Carolina. The lodges purpose is to serve their council, camp, and troops. On the section level, Lodge Chiefs, Lodge Advisers, and Lodge Staff Advisers participate in the Council of Chiefs, where they can vote. Each year, the Cardinal Conclave is hosted by a different service Lodge, each Lodge hosting every 6 years.
